Things to note

I have NOT tested these lots with any expansions beyond open for business, I also have NO stuff packs installed, but I assume no issues

Also note, that due to the fact that this house's roofs, are basically the floor of the level above, You will see through the roof to another floor. This is not a bug, simply the way maxis made the Sims 2. For this reason, the "Sim eye level" screen shot that the forum usually requires, cannot in anyway do justice to the vision of this home (since the walls are mostly windows you cannot go to eye level without seeing through the roof of each floor)

IF you want to remedy this, I suggest searching this forum for one of the various roof tile hacks that creates visible roof tiles. I went out of my way to include no custom content, so it won't be a part of this package.

Also note that when you move out a family, ALL of the lighting is removed, even though the un furnished version of the home includes it. Again, that is because maxis made the game that way.

And NO, this is not based off of a real building, St. Alder is a district in my sims neighborhood. Same names are an accident.
