In preparation for the release of Apartment Life, I decided to make some upmarket Apartment/houses. The result of my creativity for the lot is the 'WoodLane Apartments' Development.
The development consists of 4 buildings that each house a good sized apartment. There is one 3 bedroom building, a 3 bedroom with a study (which could also be used as a bedroom), and two 4 bedroomed houses. Each building each has a family bathroom on the ground floor with plenty of open space for living needs. Each building has the added benefit of having lots of natural light coming in through the tall windows that each property has.
Each apartment also has access to the landscaped gardens that surround the properties. The entire development is surrounded by walls to make the entire place exclusive and private.
To the left of the development there is a small private car park for the residents to park their luxery cars. There are 4 specific parking spaces for each property and there is also 6 spaces on the driveway - so overall more than enough for residents and their visitors.
So if your Sim wants that exclusive luxery property then come down and view the new 'WoodLane Apartments'. They won't last long on today's market!
