16 Bayford Road is a small 3 bed cottage with a separate Hobby building specially for Sims to pursue their interests and dreams.



The Main House has an open plan ground floor that has a kitchen area, with breakfast bar, small study area and a living area. There is also a full bathroom off of the living area.



Upstairs there a 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Enough room for that family with 2, even 3, children.

The separate hobby building houses a garage, with a car ready to be restored inside, a separate living area for the family to relax and upstairs there is a billiard table, a sewing machine, pottery wheel, violin, easel and aqurium.

In the garden there is a patio and round the back there is a football goal net, perfect for the kids to run around and play. The entire property has room for 5 cars due to the long driveway and an extra space right at the front door, so your lazy sims don't have to walk far

The lot has been made with NO Custom Content and it comes fully furnished with Maxis content ready to be moved into.
