After a long break away from the Sims 3, I bring my latest creation - Marsh Lane Cottage. The house is built in a more modern style and sits within its own landscaped grounds.





Walking into the house, you enter into a large entrance area with stair case and an decent sized office knook. Through a door on the left is a amazing living room with fireplace and large windows and doors providing lots of light and access to the garden.



The dining room also has access to the garden through french windows. This is another decently sized room. Also downstairs is the kitchen and utility/laundry room with access to the garden from the side of the property.

Around the back of the property there is large decking area with access from the dining room and the living room. There are mature trees, a slide for the children and a washing line.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with the master benefiting from its own en-suite. Two of the bedrooms are currently set up for children/teenagers. Another one is also being used as a design studio.

The house is fully furnished and currently has space for one car although more can easily be added at a later stage.
