These painted walls are part of Benjamin Moore's Pottery Barn Colors 2008 series. The walls with moulding and trim cost 10 Simoleons in the game while the ones with just trim cost 7 Simoleons.

Edit: I added the plain walls for Amazon Green, Atmospheric, Eggplant and Princess. The name of the file is BMPB_Plain Walls.
