Cyprus villa is a beautiful and spacious home for any growing Sim family
It is fully furnished and also includes an area which if you have nightlife (the area under the arched roof) can easily turned into an area for car parking (simply take out a but of the wall and put in a driveway and hay presto you have a driveway)
It has a kitchen diner plus it also includes a dining area which is in the same area as the living area there is a downstairs bathroom which includes a toilet sink and a shower

The first floor has 3 bedrooms each with its own en suit bathroom there are 2 bedrooms perfect for kids and a larger master bedroom also in the first floor there is a fully kitted out study including 2 bookcases computer desk (with a computer) and a sofa and also there is balconies on the master bedroom and the smaller bedroom towards the end.

To et up to the first floor the Sims go outside and go up a set of stairs which lead up to the first floor hallway also outside there is a small outdoor dining area and a pool (with steps lights and diving board) the front of the house there are lights on the fence and there are a few trees and flowerbeds
