This little project was inspired by seeing a house that I've been looking at each day I pass it on my bus ride to work. I didn't know the interior, but I saw the exterior and went from there.

Anyway:

It has 3 bedrooms, and is 3 Floors (Well Technically its 2, with a basement/ carport).

The house is built on a hill, yet slants a bit. The driveway itself slants down into the garage, access to the garage is via the basement, which sims can walk in and out of like normal.

There are stairs leading up to the front door, with a little bit of lighting for night time. A nice spacious front yard, and interior, the backyard is a little small, but its comfortable and stylish, especially the pool area.

The lot is built on a 3x4 Size plot of land:

And the cost of it is $227,504
