Rue De Fleurs 1-4 is a nice little street with 4 single apartment houses.
Each of them has a garden, a livingroom with open kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and two bedrooms, just right for a small sim family or couple.
There is also a little playground for the kids and a nice pond to fish.

Note to rent a furnished apartment:
- use 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' in the neighborhoodview
- move your sim to the apartment lot and shift-click on your chosen apartment door and then select 'rent furnished'
- use 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled false' to disable the cheat
