Rue De La Promenade 1-3 is the first part of my little apartment series, that I made for the beautiful beach front in Desiderata Valley.
With one kitchen, a large livingroom, 2 bathrooms, a master bedroom and two other smaller bedrooms, these 4 apartments are perfect for your sim family or a good earning single/couple.
You can also use the cornerhouse for your little ones to play.

*update*
I had to fix this lot and no. 6-8, as they were placed on a little slope in my hood,
but now they're flat as a flounder thanks to Mootildas wonderful LotAdjuster
Use the 'modifyNeighborhoodTerrain on' cheat if you terrain warped or just replace the lot with this fixed version, sorry.
