These 4 exclusive apartments are Rue De Fleurs 11-14, the next inner city houses in my Desiderata Valley neighborhood.
There is a lot of space for your sims with a livingroom, kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms and 3 Bedrooms in each apartment house.
And if you want to have some party there is a BBQ area and whirlpool on the roof in the middle and also some billard and fun underneath it.
