Hello! This is the first lot in my new "Marina City" series! Yeah, I know, one upload and I'm already starting a series, but this will be a LARGE series, trust me. Anyways, this is a mansion with five bedrooms, 5.5 baths. It's got a huge pool, a hedged-in flower garden and a pond in the backyard, and a one-car detached garage to the side of the house. It's completely open inside save for the stairs and half bath. The original price was §312,213 which I thought was funny, but I had to tweak it and that raised the price. Here are the layout keys for each picture:

First floor:
