Once again Sjader has given me a great idea for a unique lot. This Miami mansion, right on the harbor, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, huge living areas including formal living room, family room, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, and second family room with big screen TV, and many amenities including home gym, sauna, giant pool with jacuzzi, and lots of shaded balconies with magnificent views. (To achieve a "right on the water" effect, I built this lot on the flat beach of Moon Islands.) This is a super big lot (thanks to Mootilda's lot adjuster), so to keep it playable, I kept the custom content and decor to a minimum. Your Sims will have plenty to decorate and furnish to suit their taste. Then your Sims can "party like a Kardashian" in this huge mansion.
