A small community lot in fresh colours. Includes market, clothing store, internet store selling games/magazines and a community drop in centre with restrooms and food prep area. Does include some objects that are not default to community lots. I had 20 or so Sims on the lot and not too much slowdown - they just LOVE the TV in the internet room. Slackers.
