The Bosworth - who but the rich and mighty can afford two storey plate glass windows?? The Bosworth is an early 20th Century mansion that has been gutted and remodelled. While it now has modern elements to its credit it still retains a turn of the century charm and elegance. The 1st floor is the basic living area with kitchen, dining and free form living area that has direct views of the pool area, a utility closet, bathroom and direct access to the the
excellent indoor pool/spa and exercise area. The second floor has 2 smallish bedrooms, a bathroom and a HUGE living area with access to an equally huge outdoor balcony - perfect for summer living. The 3rd floor contains 3 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and private balcony.

The main feature of the house is the indoor pool that has two story plate glass windows along two sides. There is a bathroom, small kitchen and bar, exercise equipment area and an aboveground jet spa. Additionally there is access to an outdoor garden area. The grounds are very simply landscaped with expanses of lush grass and trimmed topiaries. There is ample room for a driveway construction on the left of the lot and the basement area has plenty
of room to expand =)
