Read Books & Drink Coffee~City Library with Starbucks for Downtown

This will look great in your neighborhood even if your Sims don't want to read or drink coffee. It's a Public Library with a Starbucks next door. I know there's a similar Starbucks on my other lot. But there really is a Starbucks on every corner. And it's a Sim Magnet for some reason.


It's like getting two lots in this Download
The Library:
The Library is inspired by the New York Public Library. Of course it's not anywhere as grand but I think it has the right spirit. You walk into high marble walls, and marble ceiling first floor. Restrooms to the left and right. Take the wide staircase up to the reading room on the Second floor.

Starbucks Building:
The Starbucks is typical of what you find in the city. Brick walls, armchairs and a display of Starbucks products. An ATM is available outside the building. There is an apartment on the second floorr. It is totally empty right now but it is suitable for a restaurant, or anything else you can think of. If you have AL, this would be a nice space for an apartment. It has a seperate stair case and is totally private.

Boolprop and move objects used.

The custom content is in its own file. You must download this also and install to your Downloads folder if you want the library to look like the photos. If you choose not to, the library will not have most wallpaper and floors, and lions, and no parking signs, meters, balconies,atm, newstand, or starbucks items.
