Renaissance Complex Apartments & Starbucks~Apartment Living Series

The Builders of Apartment Living are pleased to present the Renaissance Complex. The Renaissance is a two building luxury apartment complex with a corner Coffee Bar.
The Penthouse Building on the left is a larger and more upscale residence. It has a large three bedroom all on one level, and a 4 bdrm duplex
The Walk up is older but was converted to an elevator building. It is a smaller and cozier building with (2) One bedroom apartments. The top apartment has a roof loft which can be used for another room or entertaining.

The Penthouse Building Features 2 apartments, A One Level and a Duplex.
Enter though a marble tiled lobby. The lobby is furnished with a seating area for your renters to socialize. On either side are two common areas that can be utilized. The Penthouse building has an adjacent garage which has an entrance to the building. This leads to the mailbox and elevators up to both apartments.
Both the Second Floor Apartment and Penthouse Apartment are beautifully and totally furnished and decorated. Bedrooms have walk-in closets.

The next door building, The Converted Walk contains a one bedroom, and a Roof Loft apartment. They are both furnished and decorated . Bedrooms have walk-in closets.
And what better way to meet the neighbors then at Starbucks!
At street level is the coffee shop, ATM, and Pay Phone.
Don't worry about trash. All buildings have incinerators.

I noticed a wall is down between the top floor of penthouse apt and the roof lot. This wasn't there before I uploaded but I noticed it when I downloaded the lot. I am so sorry. Please redownload the corrected version. Apartment Life is very odd :/

Notes:
1)Boolprop and move objects used for furniture and decorations placement
2)Sims & Cars not included
3)Background buildings and scenery are neighborhood props

Lot was moved into and no glitches were detected. Since Apartment Life can be tricky, please let me know if you experience any problems with this lot.
