This is my recreation of the pre-war converted Brownstone from I Love Lucy. Totally furnished to look like the Ricardo/Mertz apartments in a Simmish sort of way.
The Facade gives the appearance of two separate apartment houses.
Each Building has a lobby, second and third floor. The Lobbys of each is decorated with comfortable armchairs, fireplaces and Oriental Rugs.

Stairs in first lobby lead up to the second floor apartment which is the Ricardo Apartment. This is a one bedroom with a nursery for Little Ricki.
The third floor is the Mertz apartment. I didnt have much reference other than the first room so I improvised. It has a kitchen, dining room, Hallway leads to two back bedrooms. One is being used for storage.

Custom Content is Stone Lions in Front and Gargoyle on top of building. Thank you to the creators of great work. Everything else is Maxis.
