The Living Hill - 4 versions, no CC

Hey today ^^

This is my latest creation, a nice home built into a hill



The Living Hill is a 3x3 residential lot and comes in four versions - one or two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area with kitchen and dining, each furnished and unfurnished, completely without CC, with space for a driveway (which I haven't placed, for whatever reason o_O"), plenty of outdoor space and a swimming pool. The furnished versions still need some gardening, though - and the unfurnished ones have no outdoor decoration at all.

The one-bedroom version has an open, "split"-levelled living area including kitchen and dining area as well as a smaller bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom and a bigger bathroom are on the first floor. It comes at the cost of
- unfurnished: 44.951 Simoleons
- furnished: 101.775 Simoleons



The two-bedroom version is just a little different. While the first floor is exactly the same, the living area on the ground floor is quite a bit smaller, providing space for an additional room which can be used as a nursery/kids' room, guest room, study.. whatever .
- unfurnished: 47.177 Simoleons
- furnished: 89.791 Simoleons



I have used the following cheats for building and furnishing:
- constrainfloorelevation
- allow45degreeangleofrotation
- snapobjectstogrid
- moveobjects

Please note that using the visible ceiling tiles from AL together with sloped "roofs" created using the constrainfloorelevation cheat results in weird edges sticking out of the roof >.< - I have covered the ceiling and it looks OK for inside shots, but you may wanna disable visible ceiling tiles for pictures from outside!



For the lot to work with your game, you will need all expansion packs and the "Family Fun" and "Happy Holiday" stuff packs!
