Here is another apartment building in my Ocean series. It's bigger than Ocean Blue and Ocean Wave and it is my favorite so far. Enjoy playing it!

On the ground floor your sims can work out in the gym, hang out with friends in two bars (one with pool table, the other with three bowling alleys) and enjoy the sunny weather by the pool. There is also a small playground for children.

All the apartments are spacious and your sims can choose to live in 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.
