Here is another house from Grand Designs. The owners had an old water tower on their property and they decided to convert it into a house. The water tower was a small square shaped building supported by 4 high columns. The owners built 2 floors under the tower and the tower itself became the 3rd floor of the building. The house also has an extension on the 2nd floor and a mansard bedroom on the top of the tower.

My version has a gym/game room and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor there are kitchen, living room, dining room and the second bathroom. On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms, walk-in-closet and the 3rd bathroom. If your sim family needs another bedroom, you can use the gym/game room on the ground floor. Outside there is a swimming pool, playground for kids and 2 driveways. The exterior is kinda gray so I've made the interior more colorful.

I have played this lot and everything seems to be working, even the stairs! (I have never built with constrainfloorelevation that much so I was really scared that something would go wrong.)
