Here is another house from Grand Designs! It's built partially on the lake and partially on the ground. On the ground floor there are: kitchen, dining area, one living room with TV and another with fireplace, hobby room, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. On the second floor there are: 1 master bedroom with bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and study area overlooking the living room. The house is fully furnished for a family of 5 (parents, 2 kids and 1 baby/toddler).

I have played/tested this house and found no problems.
