7 Secondary Lane!!!

Well, kinda.

You see, whilst trying to get the architecture correct, (it took me a fair few hours, but I kept on alternating between "Buy Mode" and "Build Mode", whilst laughing myself stupid at the music changes.) I realised how expensive it really got. The first floor was roughly $88,000 alone.

This is my first, kinda modern house. It is a six bedroom house, with one being a quarter furnished nursery. (it has a crib, it counts under fully furnished. :P) There are three bathrooms, a library, a computer/study, a lounge and an indoor pool. The total cost for the house is $176,579 (see what I mean by "kinda"?), so not technically secondary, but it's close enough.

Before I finish, may I ask that if you have any of my previous creations (other than "Homes for the Homeless", "3 Secondary Lane" and "6 Secondary Lane", could you please post a comment with the rar or zip file on one of the upload posts? Any help is greatly appreciated.
