No Custom Content! My new house. This one is already furnished for two or three Sims. There is one bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large room with a dining, kitchen and lounging area. Not including the deck, this is all on one floor.
This lot costs $19,802. The lot is also a tiny 1x2 lot, which was shrunk from a 2x3 lot with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster.
Since I have Deluxe, I don't have the base game separate. This lot was built in Numenor's AnyGameStarter.
There is no custom content in the lot.
