Verona Court - No CC!

Verona Court is new cul-de-sac mini-neighbourhood just waiting to be occupied by none other than your Sims. It is designed to blend in with the neighbourhood of Veronaville, but it can easily fit into any others.

In Verona Court, there are five houses:

House 1:
--1 Floor
--1 Bathroom
--A Small Kitchen
--1 Den
--1 Bedroom

House 2:
--3 Floors
--1 Bathroom
--A Large Kitchen
--1 Den
--1 Study
--2 Bedrooms
--A Large Balcony

House 3:
--2 Floors
--2 Bathrooms
--A Large Kitchen
--1 Den
--1 Study
--2 Bedrooms
--A Small Balcony

House 4:
--2 Floors
--2 Bathrooms
--A Large Kitchen
--A Den
--2 Bedrooms
--A Small Balcony

House 5:
--2 Floors
--2 Bathrooms
--A Large Kitchen
--A Seperate Dining Room
--A Den
--A Study
--2 Bedrooms
--A Large Balcony (with a HotTub!!)

To keep the furnishing (if you want), turn on boolProp and shift-click the door and select 'Rent Funished Apartment'.

There is also a playground, an outdoor barbeque, a small pool, an orchard and gardening patch, and outdoor ches tales, all for the enjoyment and social needs of your Sims.
