Since I've live in New York City my whole life, I've been dying to build a set of brownstones for my sims to live in. However, until Apartment Life came along, I never tried. This is my interpretation of the brownstone. I hope you enjoy.

Hunter Street Brownstones



Lot size: 2x2
Number of Apartments: 6
Cost: $1853 - $2283
Furnished: Partly


First Floor



2 one bedroom apartments with 1.5 baths.


Second Floor



Another 2 one bedrooms, but with only 1 bathroom each.


Third Floor



Same as second floor.


This lot is 100% CC free. I repeat, NO CC! It's all Maxis stuff, no extra downloads necessary. Whoopie! I played a clone of this lot for several sim days, so it's completely functional.

**I must note that while I marked all EP's for compatibility, it's possible that they're not all needed. I did not keep track of what I used from what EP, but I marked them all to be on the safe side. I've had others use my lots without all the EPs. Just be careful and make sure you backup you're files.**
