This Brwonstone is something that I saw in my head.
The ground floors are furnished and the 2nd floors only have a few items so you can get a feel of whet the rooms are.
Description is from left to right.

#1 1st floor:
Livingroom,dining room,Kitchen and bath
2nd floor:
Is where the bedrooms are the master has it's own bath.

#2 1st floor:
Livingroom, diningroom,Kitchen and bath
2nd floor:
The bedrooms a master with bath there's a sitting room and a workout room.
#3 1st floor:
Livingroom,diningroom,Kitchen and bath
2nd floor:
2 bedrooms a master with bath there's another bath a art studio / office.

Also: They each have their own garden area out front and a fireplace.

I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
