In the partly furnished edition of this house, you'll find a house much like one you would buy in real life! It has a full kitchen, and a bathroom for only 30,890!
Finally, the completely unfurnished version, it comes with. . . Maxis-standard wallpapers, and flooring! I've even left out the landscaping! If you're really playing the sims, You'll probably get this one that you can furnish as you go! It comes for only 13,787!
