the Mid-class Mansion is a beautiful mid-high range house for your sims!
The only custom content are the white stucco walls outside, they are included in the zip file.
As usual, the bushes are fully accessible, and everything has been tested and runs smoothly!

Note:: The sims package is named Richmond simply because the architecture style is similar to homes sold by a company with this name in my area a few years ago. . . Just a note.
