This lot is suitable for 1 to 4 Sims. I have been wanting to use the windmills ever since I used the solar panels in my Blood Moon and this seemed like the perfect lot to try them. This is also not my first choice of doors for this lot, but the paperboy did not like my zillion other ones that I tried! After days of searching for info, rebuilding and trying different things I finally found a front door that he and the guests would go to without using a cc door. I also, had to play test this house so I could make sure the chess table centered by the 2 tile window would work. That being said - the apple trees are in full bloom already and the compost bin is already started for you!

Now for the house!

The main floor has:

Great room (kitchen, living room and dinning room)
Study
Full guest bath

The upstairs has:

2 large bedrooms both with access to the balcony
Full Bath

The deck has:

Work out room
Sauna
Hot tub
Outdoor shower
Extra seating for when you have guests

The lot has:

Small Apple orchard

Well (fake)
Windmills

Landscaped
Room for a drive (you have to delete the trees in front of the pond and it will fit)
