This Victorian was built over one hundred years ago. It has heard the loving words of a young couple, the gleeful laughter of a 2 yr old, the secrets of a teenager, the prayers of a father, a mother’s tears and the rattle of life’s last breathe. What will it hear when it belongs to you?

The main floor has:

Living room
Dinning room
Kitchen
Family room
Nursery or study
Bath

The second floor has:

Master bedroom with own bath
2 child / guest bedrooms
Bath
Workout area

The lot is landscaped, has room for a driveway if you want (you will have to have move objects on or delete the Midbiscus tree that would sit right at the very end of the drive), play equipment, small garden plot, lemon tree, pool, front porch and small balcony. The trashcan is in a gated enclosure so you can lock it away!
