Taking my sweet time ensured I didn't finish this anywhere near the MTS birthday deadline. Ah well, here it is anyhow. Fallout 3's Big Town as 6 ratty apartments for your grown-up sims.

Big Town Attractions:
  • 6 standalone apartments, rent range: §1445-§1543/week. Features include 2 or 3 single beds, kitchen sink (!), garbage can, and telephone
  • Common House - a public area which can be easily converted to a 7th apartment, if desired (no beds in it as uploaded)
  • Playground area
  • BBQ area
  • Super Mutant and Raider attacks daily

I tried to simify Big Town accurately, although, without CC I naturally had to make some concessions. The furnishings and lot decoration is all taken from/inspired by the 'real' Big Town. Any super grungy CC you have will go well with this lot, but it's definitely not a pleasant looking place as is. It sits very well at a corner, as the 3 left-hand side apartments are meant to face a street. It's a large lot, but since it had few items and minimal architecture, it's not too system-taxing. I didn't screenshot each apartment, since they all have the same floor plan.

Sorry I suck at compatibility knowledge. I doubt I used anything from, say, Glamour Life or Celebrations (maybe others too). But, since I don't know for sure, I checked the boxes.

Lot was lightly playtested (a clone); corrections were made. I use most of Pescado's hacks, and highly recommend at least using apthack and alfixes to make apartments (in general) playable.

Feel free to do anything you like with this lot, as long as it has nothing to do with promoting paysites.
