This is a lot I made a while ago, which I thought some of you might like as well. It's built on a 2x3 plot, costs §124,172, and contains no custom content.

When I came across this house while prowling around at houseplans.com, I thought it was too pretty to pass up on attempting. I knew the multiple split levels would be tricky, and I really like how well it turned out. I was able to stay quite true to the original design, while keeping the lot playable. I play-tested the lot for a season, and found no major issues (small issues were corrected). Roof is weatherproof.

The lot features:
  • 4 bedrooms (2 furnished), including master suite with private vanity, tub, fireplace, reading area, and walk-in closet
  • 3 bathrooms
  • Open floor plan on the split-main level, with a study area
  • TV room on the lower level
  • Attached 1 car garage
  • Balcony off upper level
  • Small Zen garden-like area with water feature
  • Furnished throughout, apart from the 2 spare bedrooms mentioned above
  • The default replacement bedding shown is not included with the lot. I made it using HystericalParoxysm's template and textures, available here.

Feel free to do anything you like to/with this lot, so long as it has nothing to do with promoting paysites.
