These apartments were salvaged from the officer’s quarters of an abandoned Military Base.

All units come with a phone, alarm, ceiling sprinkler, deck, yard area, basic furnishings and a bookcase. Creativity and logic are supplied by the lot.

The red one has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and study/nursery. Rents for $2009

The peach one has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and study/nursery. Rents for $1941

The yellow one has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rents for $2128

The tan one has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a study. Rents for $3210

The blue one has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rents for $2319

The lot has a swimming pool, sauna, art easels, hot tub, piano, pool table, grill, robot station, mahjong table, dart board, chess tables, radio, telescope, play equipment, basketball court, model train table and several seating areas.
