Modern design----a waterfront luxious residence for a big family

Hi every one! I am here again after my first upload house gained a picked star.
This time I made a larger one that is a typical contemporary design house which is beside a lake.
In case of the desire to make a special architecture, I put more emphasis on its geometric form and the out-side structure, such as the proportionally large windows which provide a brighter inner living area.
The ground plan is completely open and spacious and your sims can enjoy a lot of fun from fishing beside a such big lake.
Hope the water lilies will light up your sims’ mood!
The interior is a combination of some color from natural and earth such as orange, white, brown and ect.
The furniture is simply and modern designed which can be comfortable to live in. Because of the limited of the pics, many things can't show up now such as the outdoor look.
Your sims also will enjoy a lux life from the in-door spa(tiny swimming pool).
I think it can afford about 5-6 people. Hope you enjoy my house in game!!
