This elegant and spacious modern house sits among sprawling green lawns and the windows give wide views of the landscape. This is the house every sim dreams of, and any rich sim would be proud to show it off to their friends. It includes every comfort sims could want, including a three car garage, a double height living room, a private office, and an exercise/hobby room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a master suite, each with floor to ceiling windows looking out into the private backyard. The backyard itself includes a large swimming pool, a swingset and slide for the kids, and a covered, skylit patio and grill area. This is the perfect place for hosting A-list private parties or entertaining those higher-ups from the workplace.
