VILLA MODERNA
It took me about 2 days to build it, and I´m really proud of what came out here.
It´s a house for the really rich Sim families, it costs about §504.343
The house is built on a 60x60 lot.





On the Basement level:
-2 2-car garages
-Gym
-Indoor pool


Now the mainfloor:
-Hall
-Entertain Area
-Study-in-office-in-library (ever heard of that? Well, I didn´t )
-Livingroom
-Family room
-Large kitchen
-Diningroom
-2 (small) bathrooms
-Stairs down to indoor pool


Finally the 1st floor:
-Master bedroom with master bath.
-1st double bedroom with private bath.
-2nd double bedroom with private bath.
-Spa-like bathroom (yes, believe it or not, another bathroom! )


From the livingroom your Sims got access to outside on the terrace which got steps to the outside pool.
Next to the garage your Sim can go through a small sideway to the other side of the pool where the sunbeds are. Your Sim can swim to it, too.
The Dining- and Family room have got a fireplace. The 3 bedrooms has all got a fireplace, too.
