Hi! First Sims 3 upload for me. Anyways this house was made with the intentions that it fits right in with Sunset Valley and has a suburban feel to it. It's been play tested for hours upon hours. No custom content and fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage and a large bonus room that can be used for anything. Enjoy!
