This house was modeled after one of my favorite Sims 2 houses here at MTS. That being said I would like to thank sarah*rose for her upload which this was based off of. This suburban home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a loft area, and a study that can be easily converted into a 5th bedroom. This house sits on a 25x30 sized lot and costs $110,831 furnished and $55,272 unfurnished.
