Modern (?) Mansion with Private Pond thing

I was playing the Sims2, making this neighborhood, etc. etc. when I saw this lot. I had created it before I came to this site and had uploaded it to the Exchange. So I decided, what the heck, I'll upload it here. I honestly don't know if you would call it modern, colonial, whatever, I don't know these things >.<

Anyway, I think this would be an ok house for a family o' four. It has a little beach thing around back, and a little deck thing or whatever. It has NO custom content (I made it back when I only downloaded from the Exchange, no CC).
