No Red (&purple) Line when pause game (or town view)

it's not remove your 'play' button and 'detail view' button
(like screen shot) just remove red, purple line and pause, town view button

it's allowed install use by Monkey Install Helper
or copy package files at your TS3 folder \ Mods \ Packages

No Bug, No Crash, No affect balance
