Hi! I love building a family homes and this is one of my favourite houses.

Side Notes
This is a medium house, could probably fit up to 2 sims comfortably if they're willing to share bedroom! There hasn't a separate study room, but in the bedroom, which is on the second floor has a desk with a portable computer, also in the livingroom has a bookcase. The house has two entrances, the second lead to back yard, which is fenced with evergreen hedge.
At the front of a house there are two bicycles - one for a kid and one for a parent.
