A one bedroom, one bath house that is modern, decorated, and meant to be comfortable for a couple or single sim. The yard is landscaped, with an old oak tree warping the patio for flavor. There's room for a parking spot, and with a little creativity plenty more things can be fit into the very modestly-sized house. I would say it's almost a micro for two.

This is not a starter home, since it's at about $24k unfurnished ($35k furnished), but it won't break the bank too badly, either. Just a little while in a good job will make this home the ideal upgrade from some awful ranch home with plastic flamingo decorations.

Note: I did use the moveobjects cheat to place some items, but all has been tested with multiple sims. If you want to upgrade or redecorate the house, go crazy, but use this cheat to make the maximum use of the deliberately small space!
