Hey guys,
I haven't modded publicly in years, but I saw a request on Simlogical and decided to do this one. The similar hack for Sims 2 by Inge was always a must have for me, so the request was a perfect excuse for me to try to do this for Sims 3.
What this does:
It takes 100 uses of the potty chair,instead of the default 1, to require it to be emptied.
There won't be a negative environmental score for a used potty.
It takes 100 uses to cause a puddle, instead of the default 2.
I've had to set the number of uses to 100 as setting it to 0 or -1 just means the potty always needs to be emptied, and the puddle appears right away.

Update: while this mod has been in queue, I've made a couple of additional files relating to it.
1) NoEmptyPlus4xSkillGain.package - I've created one that incorporates Lostaccounts 4x training mod, because as the mods stand right now, they will conflict. If you want both, use this file instead of NoEmptyPotty.
2) NoEmptyPottyLite.package- This has been taken down since it does not work as intended.
