I had been planning to do this for over a week, but every time I tried to do a starter home I ended up putting too much stuff to it. But now it's here!

I actually got the sweetest "I love your houses"-PM yesterday, and it's the main reason I was finally able to pull this off.



The house is small, but still not too small. It has open kitchen-livingroom-dining, bedroom and a bathroom.

It costs 17170 furnished, and 14599 unfurnished. Built on a 20x30 lot.
