Say Thanks!
Thanked!
This is the house from a Japanese game called "My summer holiday 3", I've changed quite a lot of the layout.
There's a main house and a sub house.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, open kitchen and dinning area, and a garden.
The sub house has 1 bedroom, a exercise room and a bathroom, and a pond.
I made a slope so your sims can go to the sub house from the slope as well as the stairs.
I couldn't get rid of the shadows on the outside of the wall of the main house, so I made the wall a bit darker than I originally planned, I hope you don't mind. ^^;
And also due to the CFE cheat, you can't set the door as a front door on those walls. But the visitors still consider it as a front door, I also hope you don't mind. ><
I built it on 120 Wright Way which I think it's the best lot for this house.
Objects I used from the TS3 store:
1 new pattern
Perpetual Long Ceiling Lamp
Beam of Light
Partially General Dinning Chair
Orchids of Many
Variegated Ceramic Vase
Mostly Square Table Light
Furnished: 76,914
Unfurnished: 50,001
I've play tested it, there shouldn't be any problem apart from which I stated above but if there is, please let me know. Thank you very much.
Enjoy!
Lot Size: 4x3
Lot Price: 76,914

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
