I really like the floor plan of this house so I decided to try it out in TS3. 
I've changed both the interior and the exterior to suit the game better.
It has 1 master suite, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 excercise room, open living and kitchen, a dinning room, a study, a nusery, a courtyard, swimming pool, 2-car garage, a garden.
Thank you trawler for letting me know about the lot elevated issue, fixed it and installed it on another save file and the issue is solved. If the problem persist, please let me know, than you very much
