Located near the beach, this beachside villa puts a good impression on Sunnyside Blvd.

This now gorgeous house was built in the old Sim days (and at the time, it was an average house). A decade later, it became out of style and an eyesore to the neighbors and visitors. Then a rich sim had a brilliant idea to flip the house! Once he bought it, he added-on and redid basically the whole house and re-lanscaped it, to have more of the rightful "beachy" feel to the beach side lot. While renovating it, he decided to keep the old white shingles on the outer walls to keep the "oldness" of this now beautiful beachside villa.
