This old house in „Tudor-Style“ I’ve built at the most left lot on the cliffs in Sunset Valley.
I think, another place doesn’t fit exactly.

Description of the house:

First floor: Kitchen, dining, guest-bath, living
Second floor: Bathroom, bedroom, office with a guest-bed

Price unfurnished: 35.115
Price furnished: 60.872
Lot size: ca. 30x30

I’ve recoloured most of the furniture, but will these patterns be included?
I have no idea.
Some furniture I bought at the store, I’m sure, that they do not appear
