The Sims 3 has to be the most un-balanced game I have ever played (besides playing a game against myself). The moodlet system is a good idea, but there are so many positive moodlets and very few negative moodlets, thus causing my sim's mood to be constantly high. Because of this, he was allowed to slack off at his job and still get promoted. This isn't a mod to alter the moodlet system, that comes for later. This mod increases the loss of job performance at work when using the take it easy tone(it may not necessarily call the tone "Take it easy" but it will effect it).



The original performance decrease for this tone is -1.5. This mod can decrease this number to -3, -5, or -10 (the screenshots use -10). In my opinion, -10 is the most balanced.
