Two bedrooms
This is a small series of houses I'm working on for TS3 that are primary wood cabin type structures, usually surrounded by trees and water.. kind of like mini lakehouses or cabins up in the mountains if you will.
Serenity Falls
Serenity Falls, if a tree falls in the woods but no one is around to hear it.. does it make any noise? Who knows, but at least here you can be sure it fell serenely!

Rooms
4 Bedrooms
3 Bathrooms (1 ensuite)
Kitchen / dining / livingroom area
Gazebo with BBQ
Waterfall!
Lot Size: 40x30
Lot Price: $54,800 (F) / $36,649 (Unf)
Side Notes
Turns out this is the 6th house in my "Backwater Road" series, it's a fairly simply house with the entrance up on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor in an open plan area with the livining / kitchen / dining room and a bathroom. It also has a wooden beam type structure above it in the roof space. The 1st floor contains 4 bedrooms and a bathroom, the master bedroom (and biggest of the 4) also has a small ensuite bathroom.
Outside there are a couple of parking spaces off to the side as well as a gazebo with a BBQ and eating area. The main centerpiece of the lot is a small waterfall with 2 ponds that are both fishable!.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). I did check any my YA test sim can fish at both the lower and upper pools of the waterfall. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

For a detailed look at individual files, see the Information tab. |
Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
